Problem and Wiz Khalifa Flip Cannabis Profit for Minorities With New Music Video: “4 The Low”

Today, Compton artist Problem teams up with Wiz Khalifa to release an upbeat and encouraging new single “4 The Low.” The Mike Marasco directed visual spotlights independent cannabis brands directly on its ticker and rolling headlines while also showcasing the health and economic benefits of legalization. Produced by Problem himself alongside Grammy-winning producers Mike & Keys and Vangogh, the song turns the profit towards minority-owned businesses with soothing beats and a whistling melody.

“This video was designed to shine a light on minority-owned cannabis companies,” Problem explains. “We have been imprisoned and shunned for the use and distribution of marijuana. It’s a slap in the face to watch these big brands come in and profit with the new legalization while our people are still locked up. It must change. With Wiz being a God in the cannabis world, I appreciate him taking this opportunity to show love to others in the space.”

He continues, “As for me, I’m new to this industry business-wise, so I would like to use this opportunity to introduce the world to my two newest endeavors… ‘Bennys’ – everybody’s favorite pre-roll! – and my ‘Coffee & Kush Mugs’! Stay tuned for more exciting announcements from both of these brands.”

Additionally, Martin Holdings, which is co-owned by Problem, recently partnered with Burb to bring BC bud to California. Burb is honoring the legacy and designing the future of cannabis culture through its network of licensed retail stores, cut/sew apparel, and weekly podcast hosted by David Hershkovits (co-founder of Paper Magazine). Their stores act as community centers that celebrate the plant and preserve the culture associated with it.

“4 The Low” follows Problem’s latest album release Coffee & Kush Vol 2 that included features from Jack Harlow, Jay Rock, Snoop Dogg, Freddie Gibbs, Tyrese, Spoon, and Daphne Wayans with production from Problem, Don Cannon, Mike & Keys, and Terrace Martin. VIBE recently declared that “PROBLEM IS A HIP-HOP GREAT!”, while Inked said, “Compton, California has raised some of hip-hop’s greatest stars, and lyricist Problem is ensuring his name will be remembered among them.” Additionally, Ambrosia For Heads named the album in their Top 20 Best Rap Albums Of 2020.
