Assembling a team of dedicated, like-minded people around him, known as the Flawless Family, Flathau has brought Flawless Diamonds Co. to the forefront of the jewelry industry.

Before opening Flawless Diamonds Co., the Chicago-born entrepreneur was already operating a successful AT&T franchise as well as a real estate firm. “I try and give the utmost respect to each and every client, regardless of what their budget may be.”

The strong dedication Flathau possesses for his clients comes from his years of business experience. Dedicating himself to his newfound passion project, Flathau was set on turning this into his new career.

Flawless Diamonds has foundations in both Dallas and Chicago. Living below the poverty line growing up, Flathau dedicated his time and money after reaching his successes to helping families in both those cities who are struggling to find their next meal or pay their rent.
