NBA & WNBA Stars Face Off at The American Express x NBA 2K22 Experience Opening – Now Open to the Public in LA This Weekend

Check out some details from the first-ever The American Express x NBA 2K22 Experience kick-off event yesterday in LA, featuring NBA All-Star Paul George and two-time WNBA champion Breanna Stewart facing off in a live game of NBA 2K that also aired live on NBA’s Twitch channel.

Located in the heart of downtown Los Angeles and just steps away from the Staples Center, the pop-up experience is open to the public this weekend (Saturday & Sunday) and brings together the popular and iconic elements of the NBA 2K digital world to life for Card Members and fans to enjoy.

The American Express x NBA 2K22 Experience:

Free NBA 2K Digital Merchandise: For the first time ever, Amex Card Members will be able to claim popular and limited-time digital merchandise for their NBA 2K MyPLAYERs. Digital merchandise will be distributed through unique NBA 2K22 Locker Codes only available onsite.
Face Scan Studio: Fans and Card Members who stop by the Face Scan Studio will have the opportunity to enhance their MyPLAYERs by taking high quality face scans and uploading them in the game to get personalized, lifelike characters to play with.
Immersive Sights and Sounds: With wall-to-wall mirrors, Card Members and fans will be able to experience the “Infinity Cube,” which will immerse them into the sights and sounds of NBA 2K22 and capture the moment with shareable photos.
Access to Exclusive Physical Merchandise and Services: To outfit Card Members and fans IRL (in real life), fans can get access to exclusive gear from NBA teams available for purchase, in addition to complimentary sneaker cleanings throughout the weekend.\
