How did COVID-19 spark your creative awakening?

Although writing for years now, late 2019 I took the initiative and I recorded my first in-studio single named (Perfect Timing) which is out now. Being truly astatic with getting my feet wet with the recording process, at the same time the pandemic shortly after hitting us all so suddenly in 2020, it truly gave me the motivation and artistic content to musically elaborate on.

When did you start to take your path as a musician seriously? What has that journey been like for you?

November of 2020 I released my first single (Perfect Timing) out now on all streaming platforms! Was a truly exciting moment for my team, and the journey is definitely a process, but we are dedicated to consistently dropping quality content going foward for our supporters.

How do you come up with your bars and flows? Where do you draw inspiration from?

My writing process is really organic. Still kind of new to recording, I have really enjoyed the studio atmosphere. Learning while creating and pulling from experiences, dreams, passions, and possibilities, it’s is truly a blessing when you choose to chase your dreams. I draw inspiration from many sources, an coming up artist like Music Soul Child, Anthony Hamilton, and Lauren Hill definitely stood out to me!

Why is the song titled “Cheat Codes”? What led you to create this song?

The title “Cheat Codes;” It’s origin is simple, You ever hear a song and whether it was the beat, the flow, or even the actual words that just touch your soul so much all you could do is keep it on repeat all day! Well that’s the feeling this song gave me, and continues too. Agin with the on-site of COVID I wanted to release music that poured inspiration, encouragement, and togetherness. I hope this song can be your “Cheat Codes,” when times get tough and a little escape from all the madness is needed.

What’s your goal for 2022? Any major projects fans should expect?

My supporters can expect more quality music from the Page Sevii Camp! Album “Coach Chuck Son” set hopefully to release late 2022!
