Acclaimed Women’s Leadership Development Conference Returns to Atlanta
Dr. Barbara Swinney, Life, and Holistic Leadership Coach, Coach Trainer, Founder, and CEO of The DEEPER Leader Institute for Personal and Professional Development (an accredited coaching certification institute), Author, Speaker, and Creator of DEEPER Women Brands. This year, Dr. Swinney launched another women’s conference for women seeking to take their life and leadership to the next level. The Deeper Women Lead Atlanta Conference will ignite women leaders to excel personally and professionally while simultaneously inspiring transformational thinking, authentic living, and active leading. This is the first time the DWLA Conference will be a hybrid event, offering both in-person and virtual attendance options, enabling expanded participation to women globally and allowing participants to choose the option that works best for them.
Dr. Swinney launched Deeper Women Lead Global over 5 years ago after journeying through a tumultuous divorce and a major, involuntary shift in her career. She authored the book It’s Always Deeper: Six Steps to Achieving Perpetual Success; and after much success and thought-provoking discussion during the book tour, she decided to launch a conference to offer women opportunities for deeper conversations about how to expand their leadership capacity, how to forge ahead in the midst of personal crisis, how to pursue your dreams and a myriad of other topics. “It has been a privilege to help women go deeper in their lives, businesses, and in leadership,’‘ says Dr. Swinney. During the conference, I want to make sure we provide practical strategies for women to grow and truly learn how to effectively lead themselves so that may effectively lead others.”
For in-person attendance, DWLA 2022 Conference will be held at the Sheraton Suites Galleria Hotel – Atlanta on March 19th. Registration is now open ONLINE. The in-person event will be held with a smaller number of on-site attendees with responsible social distancing, safety, and hygiene practices in place.
