0Stevie Soprano Releases New Single ‘We Going Up’
Stevie Soprano is a talented artist from Philadelphia who got his start at just 13 years old. Seeing something of himself in some of the greats at a young age inspired him to get into music. As a result of watching award shows, concerts, and magazines, he was inspired to start rapping. In 2016 Stevie Soprano performed for Sway on “Sway In The Morning,” did 16 or Better with Jack Thriller, interviewed at Thisis50 by DJ Thoro, and was an opening act for Michael Blackson the comedian at Carolines on Broadway. Additionally, he has performed in Los Angeles at the annual ASCAP Expo, Washington DC, Philadelphia, New York, New Jersey, and Miami. As an opening act at S.O.B.’s in NYC, Stevie Soprano has shared the stage with Nore and Obie Trice.
Despite his hard work and success, he has also faced many challenges. In 2020 while leaving a bank with $3,000 for a music video, he was robbed, pistol-whipped, and shot. Every day he is grateful to have survived this encounter and remains focused on his goals.
The Italian rapper Stevie Soprano wants people to know how talented he is. It’s incredible that he can take inspiration from artists like 50 Cent, Jadakiss, Mobb Deep, Wu-Tang, LL Cool J, Big L, Biggie Smalls, and many others and turn it into something amazing.
