MARO Releases New LP, ‘Rejects’

The multi-talented recording artist, the sound engineer, DJ-and-producer, MARO, has released his latest album, Rejects.

The project features guest appearances from two Wu-Tang Clan members: Raekwon and Ghostface Killah on the single titled ‘Throwback Boogie’ where the legendary emcees display their signature storytelling ability over production from the Polish hitmaker.

For over a decade, MARO has worked to perfect his craft. Whether it be DJing in major nightclubs all over Asia and Europe or working with some of the game’s most respected artists. It looks like this has all led to this moment where it all seems to be coming together. With his latest project, MARO hopes to help continue to push the envelope through a valued sense of storytelling that has been missed in the microwave era we are currently in.

“‘Rejects’ is a story that takes the listener into a different world, one similar to our dimension but in an alternate reality. I spent several years improving the story, musically, as well as the plot. The music seems eclectic but somewhere deeper, it comes together,” said MARO.
