Coming out of New Jersey and working the word “jersey” wherever he can, MC JerseyStyle rocketed to fame in 2018. Born Michael Newman, The MC began posting and uploading his hooky, Eastern-influenced brand of hip-hop in 2019. He hit early that year with the track “My Style,” then in late 2020, he dropped the JerseyStyle mixtape. Now under the Ruby Recordings flagship, JerseyStyle plans on releasing new music and videos later this year.
