JustAPOLLO’s ‘Lingo’ Gives Hometown Pride a New Meaning
“Justin Croney” aka JustAPOLLO the Wilmington, DE native has sent us a preview of his third record of 2022 set to release October 13th on all major platforms. Apollo really dug deep with this record, tapping into the experiences and mindset of a young man growing up in Delaware, conflicted with the dark world under bright lights embodied by the world of drugs & music.
After really turning heads with his last two singles, Apollo delivers a masterpiece with “LINGO”, the third of ten collaborations with Billboard #1 Producer King Wizard & the team at Underdog Music Group. Apollo pays homage to his Claymont, Delaware roots with the release of Lingo coming October 13th, 2022 on all digital platforms & stores.
This track is produced by billboard #1 producer King Wizard & Parallax of Underdog Music Group, recorded at Clear Track Studios in Clearwater Florida by Mar Lovacé.
Mar Lovacé says, “Apollo is really hard working with unique a sound. Don’t see that combo much in today’s industry so it’s definitely refreshing when we lock in!” JustAPOLLO followed up his single release just over a week later with the official music video, written & directed by Apollo himself, shot and edited by Zakee B of Legendary Vizion in Claymont, Delaware. One of the scenes in the video features Cerberus aka BRANDY THE PITBULL ™ & Boo Dog aka SON OF BRANDY THE PITBULL ™ highlighting one of Delaware’s bright spots in Delaware Red Pitbulls (delawareredpitbulls.com), owned and operated by long-time friends Matt & Monique Klosowski.

“LINGO” is a gritty yet high-energy record that embodies yesterday’s & today’s style of HIP-HOP with the high level of lyrical ability and versatile flow that Apollo brings.
“Lingo is a song that describes what it’s REALLY like coming up as a kid in Claymont, DE. If you ain’t from here, then you won’t understand our lingo, simple as that,” proclaimed Apollo. Delaware, known for its ongoing battle with drugs, crime, and poverty has been a small dark spot on the US map for over a decade now.
With this third collaboration between JustAPOLLO & musical genius, Billboard #1 multi-platinum producer King Wizard, Apollo is proving that he has no plans of slowing down. At this point, we are simply seeing consistency at work.
JustAPOLLO is also focusing on a new aspect of his journey that is ingrained throughout the majority of his lyrical content and personality. Apollo has decided to launch a new project through Instagram, TikTok & YouTube where he discusses his journey through some of the most internationally relevant topics of today’s world in active addiction, recovery & mental health struggles. After celebrating eight years of sobriety this past July, his hopes are to give back to those who tune in by shedding light on his experiences.
King Wizard’s latest credit comes off of Polo G’s platinum-selling record “Hall Of Fame,” which topped the Billboard charts at #1 this year.

Lamont is credited for the audio mixing on the platinum-selling record “Outside (Better Days)” by MO3 & OG Bobby Billions.
“From the moment I first pressed the record button, I knew this guy was different. He does things in the booth that a lot of artists just Can’t Do ,” explained Lamont.

Anonymity has been side by side with JustAPOLLO & has guided him within all aspects of his career within the industry. They aim to continue strengthening JustAPOLLO’S presence within the UK and global networks in the scene on both sides of the pond.
