Have you ever wondered what it would be like to Twerk with Lizzo? Or the cast of P Valley? CJ the Trainer has taught some of your favorite celebs how to make that booty bounce! CJ the Trainer is the CEO and founder of Twerkology 10, he has taught over 100k students worldwide including celebrities such as Lizzo and Amber Riley. CJ has hosted successful tours including Twerkology 101 Tour, Shakedown 2.0 Tour and just wrapped up another.
CJ has been featured on MTV, We TV, SavageXFenty and had the honor of working on a project for STARZ hit series PVALLEY. From his viral videos online to sold-out classes and features on major networks, CJ is here to make moves!
Like many young entrepreneurs, CJ began working a 9-5 job while trying to balance his love for dance and teaching classes. He then took on his full-time dream career traveling to different States and linking up with some of today’s top talents. To date, CJ has traveled to 20 states Teaching his Twerkology 101 classes and though he has taught many virtual international classes, he will be making his first international in-person Twerk Class appearance in October this year in Mexico for a Twerk Convention.
