Yoz Beatz is one of the pioneers in the New York Drill scene as he’s the producer behind hit tracks for genre-defining artists including Pop Smoke and Fivio Foreign.
Yoz grew up in London in a musical background as his Father is Congo Natty a.k.a Rebel MC who is a British Producer, Artist & DJ.
Yoz Started production at 17 years old when he bought a Laptop & FL Studio. He then met producers 808Melo & Swirv to form a group called Trap House Mob at the time.
The group went and produced tracks for New York artists in 2019 such as Pop Smoke, Fivio Foreign & Smoove’L which was the foundation for New York Drill scene.
Working between The UK and The US, Yoz is crucial to a sound shaped across two sides of the Atlantic. He has contributed beats to tracks by U.S. artists such as Lil Tjay, Rowdy Rebel and Bizzy Banks while also producing for big UK artists such Young Adz, AJ Tracey & Fredo.
Yoz has accumulated over 1 Billion streams for his productions on Spotify alone as he’s produced big hits in the US & UK like (Invincible, Element & Get Back by Pop Smoke) & (Little More Love by AJ Tracey).
Yoz is currently working with upcoming Drill Rappers like 917 Rackz, Bouba Savage & TG Crippy. While working on upcoming projects with AJ Tracey & Bizzy Banks.
