The Atlanta Hawks Open The 2015-16 NBA Season with Their 4th Consecutive Opening Night Sellout

The Atlanta Hawks Basketball Club today announced they have sold out tonight’s 2015-16 season-opening game against the Detroit Pistons. This season’s opening night celebration is being headlined by Atlanta’s own Rich Homie Quan, who will perform on the Hawks’ newly-designed floor during special halftime and postgame performances. Tipoff is set for 8 p.m.

Fans are encouraged to arrive early to watch the Hawks’ spectacular new 3-D opening and player introductions. All fans in attendance will also receive a commemorative t-shirt presented by Kia motors.

Including the 2015 NBA Playoffs, the Hawks have now sold out 20 consecutive games. During the 2014-15 season, Atlanta experienced the largest increase in attendance in the NBA and established team records for single-game and group sales.

Tickets remain available for Friday night’s game versus the Charlotte Hornets. Hawks tickets for the 2015-16 season are on sale now and available by visiting www.hawks.com/tickets, calling 1-866-715-1500, or visiting the Philips Arena Box Office or any Ticketmaster outlet.
