Texas rap/R&B Collective FritoGang Unveil the Lively EP ‘Gotta Keep My People Close’

San Antonio rap/R&B group FritoGang have returned with an energetic new six-track EP entitled Gotta Keep My People Close.

Featuring a rotating cast of crew members on each track, the project finds the likes of Spec Kay, dubbisdope, levicantsing and special guest Reek gracing bouncy, gospel-inspired productions, contributing catchy hooks and intricate rhyme schemes. The new EP follows on from last year’s Garage Sale! mixtape and 2018’s Are You Even Listening?, which spawned the international hit “Best Friend”.

Reminding listeners of the importance of good company in a time of international crisis on the new project’s title track, the Texas collective also launch into more straightforward love songs, making for a vibrant and varied collection of tracks which enable each artist’s individual flair to shine through.
