With only five years in the game, directorial genius Terrius Mykel already has his own production company, New Order Media Group, and has developed an veteran’s portfolio that is allowing him to make a major impact on the entertainment industry.
Known for his raw and authentic music videos, Terrius is committed to staying true to Hip Hop culture with the development of a new streaming service, Terrius Mykel Studios. Terrius Mykel Studios was created to allow up and coming producers and directors to have access to equipment and resources they would not have otherwise and is an exclusive video streaming platform dedicated to providing cutting edge media, full of empowerment, comedy, horror, drama, documentaries & plenty more.
Beginning his career by hitting the pavement and letting his talent speak for itself, Terrius Mykel has quickly become a force to be reckoned with. Well-known for his mainstream music video debut, the music video for Gucci Mane and Meek Mill’s hit song “Backwards,” Terrius has quietly become one of the music industry’s most sought- after directors at the young age of 26.
Terrius’ dense portfolio includes visuals for some of Hip Hop’s favorite hits. Luh Kel’s hit song “Pull Up” is the single that became Terrius’ first Gold certification, reaching over 23 million views worldwide. Along with accomplishing hit videos with 2 Chainz, Mulatto & NLE Choppa, Jucee Froot & Rico Nasty and Felipe da Don, Gunna & Lil Baby, Terrius has also had a hand in managing artists. He has also managed and worked closely with artists at Hitco, music mogul LA Reid’s contemporary music and entertainment company. Namely, Terrius assisted rapper and songwriter Rubi Rose in the signing of her first major record deal and was the creative force behind her most popular single, “Big Mouth,” and creatively directed her first single with Playboi Carti, “On Top” which accumulated over three million streams the first week of its release.
Not only is Terrius ready to share his story, but he is dedicated to paving the way for inexperienced talent to gain skillful knowledge in order to enter the entertainment industry more readily. Terrius has created the Grip &Electric Company, where he primarily hires women, a demographic that is statistically underrepresented in film and production. The Grip & Electric Company’s mission is focused on bringing women into the entertainment industry and creating opportunities for mastery of their crafts behind the camera.
