Attorneys Benjamin Crump and Ronald Haley Jr. released a statement declaring their intentions to represent Mr. Corey Miller, professionally known as C-Murder.

Haley & Associates, in their statement targets Elayn Hunts deplorable conditions regarding Elayn Hunt’s COVID – 19 protocol. “It is horrifying that the Louisiana Department of Corrections and the Warden of Elayn Hunt are not enforcing the mask mandate or requiring correctional officers to get vaccinated. Additionally, we know that people who are incarcerated continue to endure some of the worst conditions during COVID-19 due to the lack of social distancing practices, not getting access to proper hygiene and disinfectants, and not receiving adequate medical care.” In addition to the inadequate COVID -19 care, Attorney’s Benjamin Crump and Ronald Haley Jr. announce their intention to work with his defense team to free Corey Miller from incarceration by stating “Our client, Mr. Miller, maintains his innocence and we are diligently working with his legal defense team to free him once and for all. In the meantime, we are monitoring the conditions at Elayn Hunt and if we find that legal action is necessary, we will show up in full force. We stand with Mr. Miller, and all the people who are incarcerated that are in fear of losing their life due to the pandemic. We demand that DOC act immediately. We are fighting with Mr. Miller every step of the way!”
