Rising Rap Phenomenon King Iso Drops New Album Get Well Soon

INCLUDES GUEST APPEARANCES FROM TECH N9NE, TWISTA, RITTZ, SNAKE LUCCI, & MORE

After uncorking raw fury on one of the biggest viral rap tracks of 2021, King Iso returns with a brand new full-length album entitled Get Well Soon [Strange Music].

Get it HERE.

Prior to the arrival of the LP, his monthly listeners on Spotify exceeded 4.2 million. Plus, tracks from the album have already raked in over 1.5 million YouTube views and 1 million total streams. “Hypocrite” set the stage with over 934K YouTube views followed by “Made Me Crazy” [feat. Tech N9ne & Snake Lucci] with 356K YouTube views and 407K Spotify streams. Meanwhile, the intense “Help Yourself” presented its own twisted take on “The Last Supper” with an impossible-to-turn-away-from accompanying visual. Iso notably produced the entire album himself similar to rapper-producer elites such as Kanye West, J Cole, Mac Miller, and Tyler, The Creator.

The 18-track Get Well Soon threads together a harrowing, yet hypnotic journey through mental health without filter. After an emotional message from his son, King Iso bodies ominous keys with razor-sharp rapid-fire bars right out of the gate on “Get Well Soon” [feat. Linds]. Then, there’s “Big Farm A” [feat. X-Raided & C-Mob] where a guitar-laden beat withers under the weight of his intense rhymes as he takes aim at a corrupt pharmaceutical-industrial complex. “Self Destruct” [feat. Twista & Rittz] serves up a rap masterclass as King Iso’s fiery flows collide with cameos from Twista and Rittz. It reaches an emotional apex with “Help Yourself” where he leans into melodic refrain punctuated by raw pain.

King Iso recently joined forces with Tech N9ne, Joey Cool, and the legendary Dwayne Johnson for the biggest independent rap song of 2021, “Face Off.” Its success would be downright unprecedented, birthing a TikTok challenge and amassing 13 billion views! It shows no signs of stopping or slowing down either. The track has crushed 62 million Spotify streams so far with 41 million views on the blockbuster music video. The track saw him mentioned by everyone from Variety to Entertainment Weekly.

In 2020, King Iso dropped his Strange Music debut, World War Me, powered by the title track “World War Me,” “Chopped Liver,” “G.I.’So,” and many more. Lyrically Rap christened him “a talented lyricist with an endless portfolio of quality music.” He also sat down with KMBC where he spoke about mental health and his struggles with substance abuse.

After igniting the stage in 2021 on 63 shows during Tech N9ne’s “Strange New WorldTour, he hits the road on a multi-city headline tour later this year. Stay tuned for more info.

About King Iso

King Iso strains the constant chaos of mental health into bludgeoning, often beautiful, and always brilliant hip-hop. Since 2015, he has gone from living on the streets to a viral smash with one of the biggest stars in the world—at the speed of one of his signature cadences. After Autophobia [2016] and Dementia [2018], he unleashed World War Me [2020]. The title track “World War Me” exploded to the tune of over 2.6 million Spotify streams followed by “G.I.’So” at 1.2 million Spotify streams. He also linked up with A-Wax to form The Brazy Bunch, dropping the dynamic and dangerous joint project Written In Blood. Logging countless miles on tour, he reached critical mass in 2021 when he linked up with Tech N9ne, Joey Cool, and none other than Dwayne Johnson for “Face Off.” It sent popular culture into a frenzy with over 100 million total plays, over 3 Million TikTok videos, and plugs by everyone from Variety to Entertainment Weekly. King Iso only went harder though. Now, he delivers his most chaotic and cathartic statement yet, Get Well Soon, igniting 2022 on Strange Music.
