Last night, Wednesday, March 8th, at The Paris Theater in New York, Netflix held the US Premiere of LUTHER: THE FALLEN SUN. Attending talent and filmmakers included Director Jamie Payne, Writer and Producer Neil Cross, and Producers Peter Chernin, Jenno Topping, and David Ready were joined by Executive Producer Dan Finlay and stars Idris Elba, Andy Serkis, Dermot Crowley, and Thomas Coombes.
About Luther: The Fallen Sun
An epic continuation of the award-winning television saga reimagined for film — a gruesome serial killer is terrorizing London while brilliant but disgraced detective John Luther (Idris Elba) sits behind bars. Haunted by his failure to capture the cyber psychopath who now taunts him, Luther decides to break out of prison to finish the job by any means necessary. The film also stars Cynthia Erivo, Andy Serkis, and Dermot Crowley, who returns as Martin Schenk.

Additionally, on Tuesday, March 7, Netflix and SpringHill held Meetings That Changed My Life: An Intimate Conversation with Idris Elba and a special screening of Luther: The Fallen Sun at The Roxy Cinema. SpringHill CMO Paul Rivera was also in attendance.
