0Quann Sisters and Caroline Vreeland Co-host St-Germain Café Society Brunch Series
For the first time ever, the feast kicked-off in LA on Saturday, July 9 where co-hosts model and singerCaroline Vreeland and St-Germain Global Brand Ambassador Camille Vidal honored the first-ever gathering of the St-Germain Café Society at Republique. The brunch then traveled to NYC on Sunday, July 10 where co-hosts the Quann Sisters (URBAN BUSH BABES) and Ms. Vidal Vive the Daylife at Gallow Green at The McKittrick Hotel. The intimate brunches gathered local Bon Vivants who emulate the modern day Café Society legacy, a legacy cherished from the 1920s where the “Beautiful People” and “Bright Young Things” gathered in avant-garde cafes in New York, Paris and London to celebrate creativity, fine-dining and life’s passions.
The St-Germain Café Society Bon Vivants sipped St-Germain French elderflower liqueur daytime aperitifs while toasting to the summer brunch season and the French national holiday with guests including LA notables: Cameron Klippsten(model), Millie Brown (British artist), Kilo Kish (American vocalist and visual artist), Joachim Johnson (photographer). The Quann sisters, who are July’s #ColorCurators of Sephora’s exclusive nail polish line Formula X, celebrated their debut with NYC friends: Franchesca Ramsey (actress and writer at Comedy Central and MTV), Pili Restrepo (designer), Abrima Erwiah(co-founder of Studio 189 with Rosario Dawson), Cyllan Hicks (mixologist and TK Wonder’s boyfriend), Terry Gates(photographer and Cipriana’s boyfriend), and many more.
St-Germain French elderflower liqueur was the signature spirit of the weekend celebrations. Mixologists at Republiqueand Gallow Green created specialty sips including The signature St-Germain Cocktail, Sangria Flora and St-Tropez (recipes below). Inspired by the essence of the St-Germain Café Society Brunch Series, Caroline Vreeland created a personal concoction for the LA fete – the ‘Candru’ – featuring St-Germain, mezcal, grapefruit and rosemary, which was a crowd favorite (recipe below).
The Feast will become an annual daytime affair for St-Germain and will travel around the country gathering local Bon Vivants to Vive the Daylife and continue to evolve the new-age Café Society glamorous essence.
