Bay-area emcee, Chiemi touches on her inner Doodle-Bug in her new video “Wrek Ya Style”. When I first watched the video it gave me that “Cool Like That” vibe complete with finger snaps and her spoken-word style delivery.
The single touches on the struggles of a young woman finding her way through an overly aggressive rap environment, and speaks to all the young women seeking to have a voice in a male dominated society.
