PurpMan Kash – Jeezy

St. Pete-based hip hop artist, PurpMan Kash (@purpmankash_), recently released his first EP Can’t Ban the PurpMan featuring the lead single, “Jeezy,” produced by @KingDrumdummie. After Jeezy announced that he would be retiring from music following his last studio album, Purp recorded the record “Jeezy” as a way of paying homage to him and his career. Purp, a former HBCU collegiate athlete at FAMU, injured his shoulder and turned his focus to music when football was no longer a career option. Coming up in the streets and having a hustler’s mentality, Purp speaks on what he knows and uses music as an outlet for whatever he’s going through at the time.
