Synth Pop Duo Ming & Ping Release ‘Heaven’s Light’
Los Angeles Asian American electronic pop duo Ming & Ping release new single ‘Heaven’s Light’. Off of their three-track EP Los Angeles November 2019, the release is designed to be listened to continuously, taking listeners on a journey of death, birth, life and death again. The synth pop track showcases twinkling synths, determined rhythms and soaring soundscapes, all underpinned by intricately layered harmonies.
Ming & Ping combine their love of sci-fi movies and New Wave music, resulting in a unique amalgamation of sounds and influences. Their music combines the sounds of the city, with much of their influences coming from Hong Kong, San Francisco and Los Angeles.
