Folk Singer-Songwriter Fiona Harte Releases Beautiful Soothing New Single ‘At The Hotel’

Folk Singer-Songwriter Fiona Harte has just released her new single ‘At The Hotel’ under EMI UK. Following on from the release of her widely acclaimed single ‘White Picket Fence’, which currently holds over 1M streams, Fiona has been writing and recording in Nashville preparing new material for 2020. Her influences include legends such as Joni Mitchell, Carole King and Dolly Parton.

Her brand new single ‘At The Hotel’ showcases her raw and pure talent.

Fiona adds: “At The Hotel is a very personal song for me and one that I knew I wanted to release as soon as I finished writing it. For me the arrangement and vocal melody really showcase who I am as an artist, showing elements of folk and country music – the genre’s I was raised on. The song tells a story of someone trying to remember the good times of a relationship at a time when it’s very easy to focus on the bad. The running theme is a combination of escapism and reminiscing – thinking about special memories and trying to stay there in your mind. In this case the memory is At The Hotel.”

Fiona was chosen by Pan-arts Northern Ireland as one of their Top Songwriters and as a result has played a number of famous music venues including Nashville’s Bluebird Café. Fiona is set for a European tour in Autumn with dates to be announced soon.
