Getting to Know Virginia Rapper – Krown Vic

Virginia native Krown Vic is best known for his freestyling skills and hyped lyrics. Focused on influencing young urban males, he hopes to impact people in a positive way. Through his lyrics, Krown reflects on his life experiences; he tells his story while promoting self-empowerment through acquiring and investing money. Growing up, Krown looked up to artists like Eminem and Michael Jackson, who he says directly influenced his own freestyling and lyrical style, helping to shape him into the emcee he is today. With producer Garso Dio by his side, Krown has been able to combine hype, hip-hop beats with a trap-punk twist, ushering in a new wave of sound.

Having performed regularly in Washington, D.C., at clubs such as Eden, Gryphon, and Rose Bar, he has grown a dedicated audience and fan base of supporters right within his hometown. While away from home, Krown spends most of his time in LA, putting in work and getting the ears of California familiar with his wave. During his time on the west coast, Krown has been on tour with artists like Lil Pump, D Savage, and Joey Fatts. He has also had the opportunity to open for Gucci Mane, 21 savage, Lil Uzi Vert, and Dram, providing him with some reputable experience. Outside of performing with some of our industry favorites, he has also had the privilege of interviewing with outlets such as Hot 95 in Jacksonville, Tony Reds of 95.5 WPGC, The Media Prints, DC’s own Pat Is Dope, Mr Jay Hill from 93.9 WKYS and many more. Following the drop of his latest project “Trap Fiesta” at the top of the year, Krown plans to follow up with two new, hot visuals right in time for the summer! Fans can also look forward to an upcoming, exclusive performance with Amp’d DC in May, along with new music that everyone can feel.
