Katie Wood Speaks About Agoraphobia in New Single “Uh Huh Yeah”

British art/rock artist Katie Wood gives us an honest look into what it’s like living with agoraphobia in her latest single “Uh Huh Yeah.” Despite it’s feel-good melodies and infectious beat, the track has a deeper, more serious message, with Wood opening up about her disorder. We go on a journey with Wood, experiencing the anger, the struggles and ultimately the the liberating feeling or self-acceptance.

Wood shares, “All of my music has a kind of sarcastic charm to it, even though I mainly write about my own life experiences I don’t actually take myself ALL that seriously and it’s part of who I am – to use humour alongside somewhat depressing and solemn subjects.”

Inspired by the likes of David Bowie and Kate Bush, Wood has crafted both a distinct sound and image, exploding with creativity and flamboyance.
