Rapper GYYPS Channels His Inner Bob Ross In New Music Video “DROP TIL IT POP”

Canoga Park, CA hip hop artist GYYPS is quickly rising in 2020; having garnered over 80M independent streams worldwide, he continues to make impactful moves in the music industry. His new single “DROP TILL IT POP” comes soon after his latest project “Burn On ‘Em Vol 1”; the music video presents an outside of the box concept with GYYPS playing the role of beloved painter and art instructor Bob Ross. Bob Ross’s legacy has picked up in popularity among hipster communities and GYYPS celebrates this in his new bass-heavy, hard hitting rap track. “DROP TILL IT POP” presents a playful attitude while GYYPS smokes a J & paints mediocre portraits to 808’s and a high energy beat.

The track comes as part of his forthcoming mixtape “Burn On ‘Em Vol 2”, set to release in August of 2020. GYYPS, aka Gypsy Burns, has built a solid foundation as one of the few artists representing the San Fernando Valley. Summerfest and Outside Lands are a few of the many festivals he performed at pre-covid. Having been surrounded by drug addiction and violence as a child, music has helped GYYPS share his life stories with the world. He plans to leave an impact on the music industry and conceptual music videos like “DROP IT TILL I POP” will help him do just that.
