Chicago Rapper and Producer Z-Gang Releases New Single ‘UP’

Coming on the back of the success of his last two singles ‘Slide With Me’ and ‘Live’ featuring rising star T-Rell, who has recently collaborated with Boosie Badazz, Kevin Gates and Moneybagg Yo, as well as recent support from the likes of NBC, Hip Hop Weekly, Chicago’s 107.5 FM, Power 92.3 Radio, and 101.9 FM Miami, Chicago rap artist and producer Z-GANG is back with a brand new single titled ‘UP’, taken from his forthcoming album set to be released on Thanksgiving, November 26.

Produced by Svgarbeats, the heavy hitting rap track sees Z-Gang in confident triumphant mode as he declares “I’m all the way UP”, while motivating his listeners along the way. Speaking about the inspiration behind the track, Z-Gang says, “everything I rap about on ‘UP’ is real life, my real life. I’ve been down so long that it’s nowhere else for me to go but up, hence the title of the single. I’m a winner not a loser, you feel me. ‘UP’ is for the underdogs in life, my message is simply – never give up, your blessings are coming”.

Z-Gang was born and raised on the south side of Chicago, and has been making music since the age of 14. Having been in the game for well over a decade putting on for his city, the Wind City local is now not only an artist, but also a producer and an entrepreneur as the founder of his own music company Z Gang Entertainment. According to Z-Gang, “I have never given up, I’ve come from nothing to something, and I’m doing this for my people… RIP Big Juice and G-Bo (Bo Bo Gang)”.
