TEEN RAVINE Drop New Single “EVERYONE”

TEEN RAVINE‘s Nick Rose and Dan Griffin want to get close but not too close; a sentiment that may well be the hallmark of a generation’s struggle with the desire for, and fear of, intimacy.  The Toronto duo’s self-titled debut album, released independently in Aug 2018, has the obsessive vulnerability of a bedroom recording while aspiring to the soft-rock, R&B and confessional pop sensibilities of artists like Christoper Cross, Sade and Paul Simon.

In February 2021, TEEN RAVINE will be releasing an album recorded live alongside a chamber quintet and are starting with lead single, “EVERYONE,” inspiring sadness and hope in equal measure. The song explores the desire to withdraw from an overstimulated world where consuming stuff, staying busy, and living vicariously through our performative digital avatars is the name of the game.
