Trap-or-Treat With Ola Runt’s New ‘Harder 2 Kill’ Mixtape

Breakout Atlanta rapper, Ola Runt, has released his latest mixtape, Harder 2 Kill [Front Street/Cinematic Music Group] just in time for Halloween! The project arrives off the heels of early co-signs from Lil Baby, 21 Savage and Meek Mill as well as acknowledgement from Pitchfork, Complex, DJ Booth and HipHopDX. Rolling out the entire mixtape from behind bars, Ola asserts, “This tape came natural to me–the entire process from start to finish. A lot of people are counting me out right now cause I’m locked up. An elevation from Ola’s recent Beggin For a Body mixtape (executive produced by Gucci Mane), Harder 2 Kill boasts a palpable, moody production and features from Stunna 4 Vegas and Woo Da Savage, among others. The project is also accompanied by a slew of high concept visuals, including “I Don’t Know” and “Wayne Perry.” Today, Ola also unleashed the “Murda Gang” video, in which he’s trapped in a room of mirrors, transitioning in and out of reality and a paranormal realm.
