BL Lucky Shows Grit On “G.O.A.T.”

Georgia-based hip-hop artist BL Lucky made major strides as an artist in 2020, making his debut on all major platforms. After releasing 3 singles and 2 EP’s, he started building an audience and has found his sound.

On “G.O.A.T.,” BL Lucky uses a catchy hook, a bass-heavy instrumental, gritty bar for bar verses, and tough lyrics to get his point across. He explains how he’s been hustling and getting money, always creating separation from others. BL Lucky raps about “trap life” and how he’s the “goat.”

The track shows an interesting side of BL Lucky’s creative mindset. Sticking more towards the dark, gritty instrumental choice rather than the upbeat, happy vibe given off on his previous single “Bandionaire Lifestyle.”
