Kobi Jonz Shows He is a ‘Kool Rebel’ on His Latest Project

Kobi Jonz has released his latest project, Kool Rebel, on all streaming platforms. His new single “DADA,” produced by GRAMMY® winning Telz, takes fans on both an audio and visual escape from normal life. Kobi takes us on a tropical island run with this five-track project giving us an Afro-pop groove that we haven’t quite heard before. With influences from Burna Boy, Fela, Sade Adu, Rema, and Omah Lay, this project will set the mood for “outside life” as we gear up for the summer.

Jonz has released the visual to his latest single “DADA” that is directed by Crazy Chris. The video begins with Kobi looking to break free from the gloomy mundane routine of the pandemic. Life appears to be dishearteningly at a standstill. He gets caught up in his daydreams and fantasies and is taken into a world that’s seemingly better. We enter his imagination of what life can be: a party with friends, surrounded by beautiful people, and being the life of the party.
