Tsun4mi and Mr. Smiirk Raise the Bar in Wavy New Single “On One”

Artists Tsun4mi and Mr. Smiirk deliver fans an unforgettable vibe in their dynamic new track “On One”. With all eyes on one of Chicago’s fastest-rising producers, Tsun4mi delivered the beat, drawing eager listeners in from the very beginning. His infectious production pairs seamlessly with the debut of his lyricism as well as the lyrical stylings of popular rapper Mr. Smiirk. And the duo does not disappoint; what started as a meet-up at Mr. Smiirk’s performance with Spring Awakening has turned into a synergistic partnership that continues to gain demand from their collective fanbase.

The story behind the single started with different intentions; Smiirk had originally planned to pair with Tsun4mi for another song. But after he heard the beat for “On One”, Smiirk was quick to recognize its potential and the duo quickly shifted gears. Connecting with the melody, Tsun4mi and Mr. Smiirk write about confidence and the heavy impact music has had on their lives. “On One” is about sticking to what you want – it’s about believing in yourself and most importantly, owning your own journey. The relatable sentiment can be echoed by many as they tap into the ears of thousands of listeners in Chicago and beyond.

Partnering with well-known videographer LokamFilms, Smiirk and Tsun4mi released an official video to premiere their epic collaboration. Seen rapping on train tracks, in empty lots and even in front of Tsun4mi’s production set-up, the guys debut a raw, hype energy that easily sucks you in. Bringing an impressive level of experience to the table, LokamFilms (known for filming popular dance crew Future Kingz), introduces quick edits seamlessly synced to Tsun4mi’s sonically impressive instrumental. And there’s more where this came from – Tsun4mi and Mr. Smiirk want fans to know that they’re already working on new music.
