Tink Releases New Single “Selfish” ft. Yung Bleu

TINK

RETURNS WITH NEW SINGLE

“SELFISH” FT. YUNG BLEU

Tink, the undisputed Queen of Chicago R&B, returns with the release of her new single “Selfish” ft. Yung Bleu (Winter’s Diary / EMPIRE). On the new Hitmaka-produced single, Tink describes her unapologetic passion for her man – “maybe I’m just being selfish, baby I don’t wanna help it” – while rising superstar, Bleu Vandross croons over the beat in his own signature style. The new single comes ahead of the release of Tink’s forthcoming project, Heat Of The Moment, coming this summer. Selfish ft. Yung Bleu is available everywhere now.

More On Tink:

Born on the southside of Chicago, music has continued to be a consistent and constant thread for Tink from the beginning. She built a rabid local buzz by consistently releasing two mixtapes a year from 2012-2014 –– Winter’s Diary being the most popular of the slew of releases. On Winter’s Diary, she rediscovered her poetic roots and realized she was the diamond in the rough, in a city saturated by gangster rap.

Her 2014 collaboration with Da Internz birthed the breakout hit “Don’t Tell Nobody” Ft. Jeremih. The collaboration with Jeremih caught the ear of superproducer Timbaland, who then introduced Tink to L.A. Reid and Epic Records. After a short stint with Epic, in 2015, Tink continued her Winter’s Diary series with the release of Winter’s Diary 3 and 2016’s Winter’s Diary 4. She broke away from the Winter’s Diary series with her 2018 Pain & Pleasure EP, followed by her 2019 Voicemails project. In 2020, unbridled by covid-19, Tink signed a distribution deal with EMPIRE records and returned to her roots accelerating the rate of her releases with the drop of Hopeless Romantic immediately followed by A Gift And A Curse, featuring the radio hit, “Bottom Bitch,” (9.2M views) and fan-favorite, “Cap.” Now, in 2021, Tink is poised to reclaim her throne, not only as Chicago’s R&B sweetheart but the world’s.
