‘Power Book II: Ghost’ Star Daniel Lee Announces His New R&B Soul Album, ‘Odyssey’

Rising R&B artist Daniel Lee is known for his breakthrough role on STARZ’s hit drama series Power Book ll: Ghost, as Ezekiel “Zeke” Cross, a promising college basketball player, acting alongside Mary J. Blige, and Method Man.

As the Power Book ll: Ghost season finale approaches, he announces the release of his upcoming R&B album titled, Odyssey.

The upcoming album is geared for an international audience featuring six songs including his lead single titled “Ready” featuring Sada Baby.

“As for the album Odyssey, it will reflect my experiences and perspectives” Daniel Lee said.

Both hailing from the Eastside of Detroit, Daniel Lee Bellomy and Sada Baby both grew up on the same street, Carlisle Street. They also attended the same church. Bellomy’s parents were amongst the church’s Ministers.

“Ready” serves as a ghetto gospel and anthem that gives the listener hope to keep going. As for the upcoming album, Odyssey, it will reflect Bellomy’s experiences and perspectives in a soulful way. Odyssey is slated for the first half of 2022.
