Stina Battle is Redefining What it Means to be an Artist

Stina Battle is nothing short of a trailblazer. The 22-year-old San Diego-born Dallas-bred maverick has taken the sounds of funk, retro pop, and contemporary pop and juxtaposed them into a myriad of catchy upbeat songs that are currently burning up the FM band on the West Coast. Stina not only soulfully belts but also pens her music herself.

Ever the consummate professional, Stina refused to let the pandemic slow her roll. Over the past 18 months, she performed at Staples Center for the WNBA’s L.A. Sparks basketball team and the L.A. Convention Center. She has also racked up close to 1M streams, views, and downloads online. Not wanting to be outdone, she also crafted five new songs, accompanying music videos, and a simmering collaboration with rapper ill Nicky titled “Worst Enemy,” released in October 2021. A Japan tour is currently being fine-tuned, and a host of festival dates, all slated to kick start in June 2022.

But don’t be fooled by the bright eyes and dazzling smile. Stina Battle is not merely an artist but also a budding business mogul. At the burgeoning age of 21, she seamlessly transitioned from starlet to star when she opened her own Music Management Label, Chateau Music. Helmed by Battle with a dedicated staff cohort of 5, Chateau Music manages Grammy Award-Winning music artist Brent Jones, whose successful track record includes Trolls World Tour Soundtrack and vocals for Justin Timberlake, SZA, Arianna Grande, and Childish Gambino. He has also done extensive work on Childish Gambino’s platinum album “Awaken My Love.”

The small but far from inadequate label also produced a highly successful music festival last year titled ‘Chateau’s Music Festival’. The festival was created to colligate art and action to raise money for notable charities. The 2nd hosting of the festival has joined forces with the Noble Peace Prize Laureate, Doctors Without Borders. The September 2022 festival will be staged virtually and like the inaugural festival which featured Celebrities & Music Artist such as Lonnie Love, Ciera Payton, Renee Elise Goldsberry, Lauren Daigle, Lovely the Band, Tank and the Bangas, and so many others. This years festival is promising to also have a star studded line up. With a pandemic nipping at her heels and a future filled with impending success, Battle has no intention of slowing down. Stina is definitely an artist you’ll want to keep on your radar. With the release of her brand new single “Winning Szn” this month, she will surely have the industry buzzing.
