Adjnamedroach Announces New Album ‘Never Go Back’ Featuring Trick Daddy & Turk

Adjnamedroach, (pronoun: A-Dj-Named-Roach), or Roach for short is a Fort Pierce-born, Miami-bred, now Atlanta recording artist with quite the story to tell. After making a name for himself in recent months with his gritty, but infectious, street raps, the rising star prepares for the forthcoming release of his anticipated new album, titled Never Go Back, a motivational message to keep him from returning to prison after serving a ten-year sentence. We catch up with the up-and-coming artist to discuss his plans for the music industry following recent fame and popularity to get fans familiar with what’s next and why Adjnamedroach is the next best thing in Southern Hip Hop.

Tell us about your latest releases, what inspired you to create them?

Depression and hunger.

What is unique about you and your music?

I speak from the heart and experience.

What shaped your music?

The dirty south, and growing up during the days of dope boys, instead of finesse.

When did you realize you were going to make music professionally?

In prison.

What type of music do you listen to?

Everything from Tupac to Tame Impala.

What do you do when you aren’t making music (creative or otherwise) that you are passionate about?

Surf, Snowboard, Crypto, Real Estate, Hustle.

Happiness to you is…?

Money, sex and peace.

What do you wish you were told when you first started making music that you think would help artists just starting out?

Keep going.

Tell us about “Never Go Back”…?

Releasing a new album in July called “Never Go Back” with features from Trick Daddy and Turk from The Hot Boys.

Any last words for the readers?

Stay free, f*ck the cops, and don’t trust anybody.
