A Look At Sir Rod Stewart’s 2022 North American Summer Tour With Cheap Trick (With Videos)
Sir Rod Stewart has reportedly sold more than 250 million records worldwide within a stellar career that includes 17 Top 10 albums and 16 Top 10 singles in the United States. As a singer/songwriter, his extensive catalog of hits includes “Gasoline Alley,” “Every Picture Tells A Story,” “Tonight’s The Night,” “You’re In My Heart (The Final Acclaim),” “Mandolin Wind,” “You Wear It Well,” “The Killing Of Georgie,” “Young Turks,” “Forever Young,” “Hot Legs,” “Infatuation,” “Da Ya Think I’m Sexy?” and “Maggie May. He has earned countless of the industry’s highest awards, including 2 inductions into the Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame, the ASCAP Founders Award for songwriting and a Grammy Living Legend Award, beyond being knighted at London’s Buckingham Palace for his decades of services to both music and charity.
In June, Sir Rod Stewart kicked off a highly-anticipated 2022 North American summer tour — as originally booked for the Summer of 2020 — with special guests Cheap Trick. Produced by Live Nation, the 38-date tour is Stewart’s first in 4 years. This tour marks the first opportunity for fans to experience live performances of music from Stewart’s latest album, The Tears Of Hercules. Meanwhile, Cheap Trick is currently on the road in the support of 2021’s critically-acclaimed In Another World.
