In “Behind the Grind,” Fredro—taking the reigns as talk show host—brings the viewers beyond the material tropes of success and goes behind the veil with his guests to explore individual roadmaps of accomplished people and what lessons we can learn from their lives. The series, which premiered on October 29th, is executive produced and directed by Royal Jackson, and producer, Steve Marcano.
