Recently Pretty Brayah has taken the internet by storm with her most recent cypher going viral, as part of On The Radar’s Female Cypher.  With her aggressiveness on the mic, many are starting to take notice.  Fellow Detroit artists such as Big Sean and Dej Loaf have publicly shared their respects to Brayah on Instagram, and Icewear Vezzo went on The Breakfast Club stating Brayah was next up out of the city.  Her last single “Fucc Boy” is starting to catch steam, with a BET Jams world premiere and a First Alert on Sirius XM Hip Hop Nation last week.

“Fucc Boy” was picked-up and re-released by 300 Entertainment’s Sparta Distribution as the result of a single deal engineered by her new management company, Team Six Inc and Amir Abbassy, head of Sparta Distribution. The single is out today after premiering on BET and Revolt.  Brayah ultimately shares, “‘Midwest’ is for all my fans to turn up to this summer! Don’t let this pretty face fool you.”  Stay tuned for more from Pretty Brayah, as she looks to drop continuously over the course of the upcoming months.

About Pretty Brayah

Detroit native Pretty Brayah is the present and future of rap. The unapologetic confidence she exudes on the mic as well as onstage and offstage, combined with the rawness and authenticity in her rhymes, makes her a relatable rising icon to the young masses.

Before industry fame, Pretty Brayah was the star of her family. She broke the generational curse by becoming the first in her lineage to obtain a college degree. A graduate of Wayne State University with a BS in public health, she is equal parts brain and beauty. And now, after years of hustle and dedication to her education, Pretty Brayah is making it pretty clear she is “that girl” in music.

Hailing from the Eastside of the city, the flossy femcee spent the early years of her life fighting against stereotypes from family members as well as classmates. She flirted with rap when she was younger, freestyling for fun; metaphors and the ability to tell enlightening stories came naturally, which speaks to the magnitude of her talent. Looking to express herself outside the confines of naysayers, Pretty Brayah got serious about her rap career and merged her bad girl persona with her good looks and bossy bars to pioneer her own lane in the game.

It wasn’t long after that she dropped “Wassup,” a hip-hop masterpiece about the heartbreak that led to a viral moment. From the punch-line heavy flows discussing lust, men, and money, to the bass-heavy beat, a star was born along with a legion of new fans.

Pretty Brayah capitalized on the organic traction by spitting out singles that showcased her genre-bending versatility and prolific skills to deliver aggressive lines that detailed the personal trauma she endured coming up as well as everyday life.

The melodic MC’s specialty has been stepping on necks. She candidly expresses her vulnerability, including being a sexually liberated woman, in a way that is inspiring and motivational. She built a reputation for crafting fiery, fearless, and empowering records made for the car, club, and crib.

In 2022, Pretty Brayah leveraged her boisterous cockiness and social media popularity to announce a concert that she would headline. A natural entertainer, she brought the city out to witness her magnetic stage presence, complete with dancers and skits, which instantly catapulted her from a local celebrity status into the mainstream stratosphere.

Leading her pretty girl movement with heart and hunger, Pretty Brayah is unafraid to be herself and stand out from the pack. She takes pride in exploring all sides of her whimsical personality, swiftly becoming the face and voice of the new generation. Putting doubters in their place for years, Pretty Brayah is aiming for global domination. And if history repeats itself, what Pretty Brayah wants she gets. Get used to it.
