BullPen Battle League: Comedian #Doby vs Bully Danny…somebody say OUCH!
Comedian / rapper #Doby (@ImBrianDoby) has graced the stages of The Comedy Store in Los Angeles as well as facing off with some of the wildest battle lyricists in the game. In this BullPen Battle League episode (@BullpenBattles), Bully Danny should have paid attention to the golden rule…don’t mess with the comedian because it’s gonna go bad for you!
A rising comedic talent, Doby came to national attention as a contestant of the 2013 American Black Film Festival “Comedy Wings” competition, sponsored by HBO. His star has been shooting across the sky ever since! He’s also featured on the Emmy Award winning comedy site Funny or Die. Funny Or Die is a video website and film/TV production company founded by Will Ferrell, Adam McKay and Chris Henchy. The website Funny Or Die contains exclusive material from a number of famous contributors (e.g., Judd Apatow, James Franco).
As a precursor, let me just say I’ve been watching BullPen Battle League for quite some time and it looks like they are on their way up. Seems they’ve got JD’s attention and the vid below shows plainly why this exciting league is going to join the ranks of the elite.
I’m not going to say this battle was tightly contested as that simply isn’t the truth, the Doby tackling the Bully left no room for escape or doubt as to who prevailed in this one.and hey…somebody lost focus at the end…check out the new young lions from this battle Doby and Bully Danny…it wasn’t pretty!
