Paigey Cakey is becoming an increasingly influential female artist within the UK’s growing hip-hop and rap scene. From Hackney in London, Paigey has formed her own individual form of music using her own rhythms and melodies. And she is hitting the mark each time she steps to a mic.
With her hit single “Hot Tings,” Paigey has managed to bridge the gap between male and female hip-hop artists, helping her to gain over fifty thousand Twitter followers and growing on the daily.
London-born born rapper, who cites Skepta as one of her musical influences, played her first tour this year in both London and Birmingham. Paigey has appeared in the hit film ‘Attack the Block’ and on TV in the drama Waterloo Road.
