Chill Will Da Don is a hard working,passionate artist that’s always trying to be innovative and make myself better each day.

Tell us about your current project?

My current project is slated for release in the 1st quarter of next year. I was aiming for the end of 2015 but felt the need to record more. You can expect a different feel for this album, more open and the hunger that’s always there from my previous albums.

What’s happened in your career that makes you feel this is the industry for you?

I feel like this is the industry for me because I’ve been around it most of my life. From my introduction to the music, to the former groups and relationships I’ve built along the way. I don’t think nothing has made me feel the way music does and its hard to get this excited about anything else.

What makes you the next great happening?

I feel the greatest artists all needed that break that put them through the door and their careers took off shortly after. I think I’m at the cusp and just need that one last push to make it happen.

Are your currently signed to a label or have any situation in the making?

I’m currently not signed to anyone so everything is done independently right now. Maybe if the right deal came along I would listen but being independent has its advantages and disadvantages.

Who and what are your influences?

2pac is my number one influence but there were other artists such as Jay Z, Nas, Biggie, Eminem, Lil Wayne, DJ screw, UGK, and Scarface that I studied and seen how they all brought their music to life and I took something from all them and applied it to my music.

What should people expect from your upcoming 2016 projects?

You can expect growth in my style and flow of music from me with the projects coming in 2016.I’m always looking for ways to raise the bar.

Is there anything you would like our readers to know?

I would like everyone to know that never give up on your dreams no matter how hard life gets and stay positive.

Last but not least, HYPE wants to know…What’s your CRAZIEST “Where they do that at?!” moment..

My craziest “where they do that moment” is when I first started doing shows and one of them only a few people showed up to the venue! Safe to say I’ve come along way since then!
