Celebrity Restaurateur Jeremy Fall Signs with Roc Nation and Opens Easy’s Restaurant at Beverly Center

Celebrity restauranteur Jeremy  recently became the first food entrepreneur/chef to sign to Jay Z’s label Roc Nation! The announcement comes just as Fall opens two highly anticipated eateries in Los Angeles: Easy’s and Paperboy.

Jeremy is known for his experiential dining concepts and trendy fast casual menus aimed at millennials. A Los Angeles local, Jeremy grew up in a household with a mother who owned restaurants and a stepfather who was a chef. In fact, he opened 5 restaurants or food pop ups by the time he was age 27!

“The constant goal through each of our concepts is to put a new twist on simple comfort food, from breakfast to deli sandwiches. We live in an era where storytelling has become everyone’s MO and dining is a huge part of our lives. I’m a believer that a unique experience doesn’t have to necessarily be expensive and over the top, so I want to give people something different to talk about without the high price tag. I’ve always wanted to open a new age version of the classic diner and grew up in Los Angeles going to Beverly Center as a teenager, so this project has been very close to my heart,” said Fall.

Easy’s is a modern diner concept that offers an expanded food, drink, and cocktail menu for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It is located on the Sixth Floor Main Entrance, the 20-seat counter space will also feature a 90-seat adjacent “patio” with a wide view of the city. Alongside an Easy’s signature burger, the menu offers elevated versions of old-school diner fare, from entrees, to classic salads, to sandwiches, as well as all-day breakfast dishes. Marquee menu items include Duck Parmesan and Fried Chicken N’ Funnel Cake.

Easy’s also offers a full cocktail menu featuring playful takes on classics like a Kimchi-Five Spice Bloody Mary, a Cold Fashioned (cold brew Old Fashioned) and Kool Aid & rum cocktail on tap. When you are seated at Easy’s, each table is given a “Food Porn View-Masters®”  showcasing indulgent food images from the menu.

At the opening, celebrity guests in attendance included fellow Roc Nation artist Miguel with wife Nazanin Mandi, Kristina Schulman, Nazanin Mandi, Drew Seeley, Amy Paffrath, and Chelsea Kane.

Fall’s other restaurants include:

Nighthawk: Breakfast Bar, a restaurant/bar in Venice, CA, that serves cocktails and elevated breakfast fare for dinner. (landing him on Food Network’s Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives and making Eater’s list of “hottest restaurants in America”.

Nighthawk: AM, a fast casual breakfast all day concept in Chicago, IL, inspired by the nostalgic 1950’s American milk bar.

Tinfoil: Liquor & Grocery in Highland Park, CA, is a modern day take on the bodega consisting of a liquor store in the front with a secret “speakeasy” deli in the back.

Paperboy, a pizzeria featuring innovative robotic technology and backed by United Talent Agency, which just opened in November on the Santa Monica promenade.

Fall has a slate of eateries opening in 2019 across Los Angeles, Texas, and more. One of the LA projects is a much-anticipated collaboration with Miguel, so stay tuned for more news on that!
