New York Knick Rookies Kevin Knox and Allonzo Trier are currently living their dreams of playing in the NBA.

Trier is an undrafted Rookie out of the University of Arizona, this past summer, and is playing under a two-year contract worth 7 million dollars.

Trier is currently splitting time with the New York Knicks and their G-League affiliate team, Westchester Knicks.

Brandon “Scoop B” Robinson host of the Scoop B Radio Podcast recent spoke with Knicks Co-Captain Lance Thomas about Allonzo Trier & here is what he had to say.

“Zo has been a constant force for us,” said Knicks co-captain, Lance Thomas.“

He would continue:

“You know, playing with a chip on his shoulder ever since he had an opportunity.”

That is what he did in his debut against the Atlanta Hawks.

In that game against the Atlanta Hawks, Trier recorded 15 points, four rebounds, and two blocks, in a reserve role that resulted in a 126-107  Knicks’ victory.

He would go on to elevate his game to the next level by scoring a career-high with 25 points against the New Orlean Pelicans. The Knicks would go on to win 113-109.

Trier’s teammate Kevin Knox would tally 17 points on seven of ten shots from the floor at halftime of the Friday’s (12-14-18) game against the Charlotte Hornets.

“If they keep that up, those boys are going to be good,” said Lance Thomas.
