JBACH Brings a Flirty, Tantalizing Energy in Latest Single, ‘Taste’ (Exclusive Premiere)

Rising singer-songwriter, JBACH, continues to make waves with the release of his sophomore single, “Taste.” After releasing his debut single, “Old Me”, JBACH has taken the reigns of his music career and is putting himself in the spotlight.

Produced by Mike Hart, (Forever In Your Mind, Trevor Moran and Dove Cameron) “Taste” entrances the listener with a blend of pop and tinges of R&B. JBACH’s smooth vocals sync with the hypnotic backbeat drawing you in. “Taste” opens with a catchy clicking sound. This opening was actually inspired by JBACH messing around while sitting in his car. In fact, the first demo of “Taste” was recorded entirely utilizing apps. Through a chain reaction of Voice Memo, Amazing Slow Downer and Snapchat, JBACH layered every individual sound to create the loop and main melodies for the single. After creating the demo, he went to the studio to professionally record the single and add the chorus and lyrics.

The single offers a new perspective on young love. Sensual, lively lyrics like “Not another minute, no I just wanna get it, baby don’t make me wait” play with wanting what you can’t have. JBACH’s delivery of these lyrics parallels the mood of the single effortlessly, showing his prowess as a songwriter.

Before “Taste” JBACH had been working behind the scenes. Starting his music career after being a part of Team Pharrell on season 10’s The Voice he hasn’t stopped writing since. He has co-written singles that have achieved over 1.5 million streams on Spotify and previously opened for The Chainsmokers and Daya.
