Coventry’s Robbie Raps Drops Impressive Debut EP

One of the ones to watch from the burgeoning Coventry rap scene is Robbie RAPS, the young and hungry spitter who recently has been getting a floury of attention. Following his performances at Godiva festival to appearing on BBC local radio, his debut self titled EP is a true introduction for him into the music game, bringing all sorts of styles and vibes for any occasion. Each and every song delivers hard punchlines and witty rhyming, delivering a sound you can expect to hear from him in the future.

“I was inspired from a very young age to make music it just wasn’t until my late teen years that I took any action with it, I got inspired to really start taking music seriously was when everyone within my city started to make music together and it wasn’t for a couple years until I truly found my feet and started down my path as an artist.

Discussing the content on the EP, he explains how it covers “emotions and battles I go through on a daily basis from the demons and temptations I have battled with in the past and still battle with daily.”
