Privaledge Brings the Heat with “Respect, Don’t Expect”

Coming off of a strong 2019, which included the release of his introspective 12-track album, Reality, Philadelphia-rapper, Privaledge, started the decade off with a bang, with his release of his new four-track EP, “Respect, Don’t Expect“. “Respect, Don’t Expect” sees Privaledge showcase his trademark “gimmick-free bars” and flow alongside catchy hooks and exceptionally up-tempo beats, with the hunger of an up-and-comer, and the polish of a veteran. The project features production from KE on the Track and BACEFACE. Released alongside the EP was the video for the project’s lead single, “Dunk Contest” (dir. by Faraad Haashim).

Privaledge is an artist who is well worth keeping an eye on, and his latest offering shows just that. Whether you prefer bars or beats, your sure to get your fill over the four-track project. It features tracks with club bounce, like Dunk Contest and Flip, and others with Philadelphia-intensity, such as 30 Clip and Cross the Ocean.   “Respect, Don’t Expect” is now available on all major streaming services and stay tuned to The Hype Magazine for more from Privaledge.
