FiNATTiCZ’s RatchetAssKilla: Unveiling ‘Ugly’ EP in a Bold Musical Journey

South Central Los Angeles, California – October, 2023 FiNATTiCZ, the esteemed American hip-hop collective, widely revered for their groundbreaking 2012 single “Don’t Drop That Thun Thun,” opens a new chapter with the launch of ‘Ugly,’ a compelling EP delivered by RatchetAssKilla.

The roots of FiNATTiCZ trace back to a fateful encounter in Hollywood in 2009, where the group crossed paths with Killa F during a vibrant live performance. This pivotal moment marked the genesis of a musical partnership when Killa F introduced them to Nyce, a former collaborator, solidifying the foundation of their distinctive sound.

The group’s trajectory soared in 2012 with the emergence of a remix featuring Tyga, catching the attention of Payso B, who swiftly presented the track to Ray J. Ray J, captivated by the music, facilitated FiNATTiCZ’s connection with EOne Music. The label promptly signed them for the single’s release, propelling the track to widespread airplay on esteemed Los Angeles stations like Power 106. The song’s surge escalated when a Vine clip featuring twerking synced to the music went viral in July 2013. This viral sensation elevated the track to #35 on the Billboard Hot 100, #10 on the Hot Hip-Hop/R&B Songs chart, and secured a spot at #74 on the Canadian Hot 100.

In celebration of the monumental 50th Year of Hip Hop, Killa F embarked on a solo journey, unveiling an EP paying homage to the West Coast. ‘Ugly’ EP encapsulates Killa F’s unfiltered essence and extraordinary lyrical prowess, captivating audiences with tracks like “Thick Bih Lil Bih” and “Pop That,” stirring a passionate response among fans.

Expanding on his distinguished sound, Killa F gears up for an exciting series of brand collaborations, anticipating their unveiling in early 2024.

This marks a significant chapter in FiNATTiCZ’s legacy, as RatchetAssKilla’s ‘Ugly’ EP promises to resonate as a vibrant exploration into unapologetic soundscapes, solidifying the group’s position as trailblazers in the world of hip-hop.
