Cloudchord’s Dreamy LP is True Reverence

Reverence is Cloudchord’s new record of acoustic beats, out May 15, 2020. The record’s intention is to reset and cleanse the palette of Cloudchord’s fans. While it diverges from recent releases, this has been a cohesive body of work in the making. He pairs his breezy steel string guitars and ukuleles alongside a diverse set of collaborators. They include the reeds, brass and flutes of Soul Food Horns, the unique jaw harp sounds of Dirtwire, and the MPC-style sample chopping expertise of Karavelo. The album naturally adopts an easy, meditative tone as fans of lo-fi, instrumentals, funk and jazz take a pleasant journey through each track.
