glvsshouse’s ‘VACANT’ EP is a Boston born triumph

The ‘VACANT’ EP is the first extended release from Boston born artist glvsshouse, who specialises in a brand of innovative hip-hop. Joined by his fellow Bostonian Donald Grunge, the pair have really created something incredible.

glvsshouse emerged during the Covid-19 quarantine and announced himself by releasing his debut single ‘Games’ which previously lit up on Soundcloud. What followed was the first single from the ‘VACANT’ EP titled ‘Strangest’ which was matched with a post-apocalyptic.

Catching up with glvsshouse on the release he explains:

“‘VACANT’ to all of us is a collaboration of two emotional artists from Boston, coming up at the same exact time, and dealing with similar experiences early in our careers. The music is who we are . Everything we speak is real life- from broken hearts to backstabbers and visions of hometown sold-out shows, it’s all in the music.”

Having started his career as a punk-rock single, glvsshouse’s rebrand has gone from strength to strength since a move to Los Angeles. Now back home for lockdown, glvsshouse is in no hurry to head back to California.
