Long Island’s Richie Valentino Debuts ‘Multiple Personality’ Album
Richie Valentino (also referred to as The King of Long Island) is just getting started in pursuing his career in the hip hop music industry. The emerging talent has officially released his debut album called Multiple Personality, which showcases his skills as an artist.
Although he’s a newcomer to the music game, Valentino has been established in the music scene long before he decided to pursue a career as a solo artist. In fact, the independent artist has earned his reputation as a well-known concert and nightclub promoter in Long Island for the way that he has been able to revive the Latin music scene in the area — bringing big name musicians such as Pitbull, Nina Sky, and Don Omar to Long Island’s nightlife scene.
On his newest project Multiple Personality, the Long Island native gives audiences a taste of his unique style and puts his talents on display for everyone to see. With his aggressive delivery and tactful melodies, Valentino sets himself apart from others and creates his own sound. From listening to the seven-track album, fans will hear standout songs such as “Blow My High,” and “Blah Blah,” that truly are a testament to Valentino’s versatility and creative side.
All of the tracks were written by Valentino himself, and produced in his studio Studio Square Recordings based in Astoria, Queens. In light of Covid-19 quarantine efforts, Valentino has transformed his studio space into a virtual Instagram show called “Studio Square Live,” where he collaborates with other artists and DJs to deliver a nightly performance.
In a recent interview, Valentino said that his main goal with his music is to make “new style hip hop infused with real lyrics that make sense, with solid metaphors and plenty of soul.”
